Human resource is the main motor of the business industry, this is the avenue where men and women are at their best to promote and market their skills and other attributes to work as warrior outside their limits. In the business society, more investors are doing the exchange and bargaining of products to reach and hit their prospects. This includes the assiduous training of staff under their company to engage in the kaleidoscopic battle of strategic planning and innovation in the market.

The expansion of the human resource system in the business industries create an eye opener to the business moguls to develop the enterprise of manpower building, amidst the economic crisis and imbalance of the demand and supply, the human resource system encourage the trend of bridges and tailor small gaps of conflicts both in the formal and informal organizations just to resolve broken links.


There are factors why the production in the organization is extremely low that create an imbalance. It could be the performance or effort of the manpower that meltdown due to rewards or merits.  TITLE TAG 

The Title Tag should be no longer than 80 characters and should contain words and phrases that accurately describe the content of a page. Try to make the Title Tags located throughout your site unique and relevant. Every word in the Title should be contained somewhere in the page they are used for. In search results, Google currently displays only approximately 65 characters of the title - some engines display more.

NOTE : always remember to close your tags e.g.  
The TITLE tag can be found by viewing the html source of your page...it is always located before the <body> tag, between the <head> and </head> tags e.g.

</BODY>
</HTML> 

Remember to put title tag text on each page of your site. Most search engines don't just look at your index page. They spider the entire site. This will help increase your listings chances.

Del.icio.us is popular because it allows you to keep all of your favorite bookmarks online, share them with others, and tag them with keywords that match the content of the page. For example, you might add bbelongi.blogspot.com to your del.icio.us account and tag it with the words "computer","desktop","customer service",or even "blondelle".
